CURIOSITIES

CURIOSITIES /// Muse Collective invites us to peer behind the curtain of creativity, exploring the intimate and often overlooked artifacts that shape the artistic journey. This exhibition is a celebration of the objects, remnants, and relics of inspiration and innovation—each item a silent witness to the creative process.

The premise of the exhibition is simple: artists and creatives were encouraged to loan any object that holds significance in their creative journey, as long as that object was not their art. This unique requirement opened the door to a diverse array of submissions—anything from a worn book to a peculiar trinket, pieces of fabric, or even an obsolete tool. Each contribution is a fragment of a larger narrative, offering a glimpse into the ways we collect, reflect, and build upon our experiences.

As we assemble this collection of curiosities, we aim to foster a dialogue about the unseen influences that inform and inspire. What stories do these objects tell? How do they embody the struggles and triumphs of creativity? By stepping away from the traditional boundaries of art, we invite viewers to consider what it means to be an artist and how the mundane can be extraordinary.

CURIOSITIES is a testament to the collective spirit of creativity and the myriad ways we connect with our craft.
